Tabo was sued for taking the idea without paying the creators. Taco Bell lost the lawsuit I believe or they settled, and the commercials would end as we knew them ;)
And what about the GOOD Geico Gecko commercials where people annoyed him by thinking HE was Geico! It was just great stuff, but now, he's part of Geico, and then there are the stupid money and caveman commercials instead... T.T

@rentheadangelcollins I'm pretty sure when he first came out he used to be silent though. and then after that they came out with that little gieco mobil van then after that he started talking. what i'm saying is from way back though
