he must piss his pants when he sees the ramones in top 100 guitar records in rolling stone magazine thats like saying the hardest geezer in your pub would beat up tyson i just dont understand the critics ,never have and never will
What can I say about Andrew. So far saw him live once in Poland 1997 in Harbour of Tears tour. It was pure magic and nothing less or more. The venue was also perfect when it came to acoustics and the band played the perfection.. Two sets totalling over three hours.. I was in heaven..
Es:canción, música y lo mas agradable de un sonido lo digo porque afortunadamente tengo todo de ellos(c.d. y dvd) y desde 1971 hasta en la actualidad 2011 no escucharía otros temas 50chispita
I just want to listen to this music while i am alivel. they will have to wait for the requiem as the moody blues said once in a song. this song would be great to lull me to sleep at night ........ love it!!!!!!
Cleanest most incredible Strat on earth! Andy's phrasing is never sloppy and always intense. The licks locked within his mind would stagger most impresarios, including Santana and Clapton! Ice is my all-time favorite solo, and I want it played at my wake! It's a celebration of life!
@Perspectives1000 Nothing morbid about that, I don't mean to diminish your request, but I would love nothing more than to share this with my friends and loved ones as my body is laid to rest. This is the most beautiful and emotional piece of overdrive I have ever heard. And I have heard a lot since "I can see your house from here" went on sale in 1978(?). ICE will stand up to, if not, blow away anything in it's class. Andrew Latimer is one of the most underrated guitarists ever to play one!
Moves the inner soul...make that guitar cry Andy....and makes me cry at the same time...such emotion and feeling in this song....love it..

@jocovo84 I agree, for me number two is Firth of fifthGenesis, Steve Hackett no. 3 Hymn to her, also Camel.
No, 4 Comfortably numb, Pink Floyd, I can not find any other playing worthy to be on that list.
At least for a top ten, nothing else seems to worth a spot.
