  • Amazing!! I met Mark Z in Dallas. This must be a old video as he looks much older now but still the same great guy. Patrick is Amazing and it's nice he really like to be around people the way we see here. Very exciting!

  • Very cool ! Nice sounds.

  • I did (and still do) have that snake-skin covered Tele. In fact it's being rebuilt and I can't wait to get it back in action. I haven't seen you in ages. Where are you these days???

  • Wow, what memories. I was the guitar player on that GKTW show with Patrick, and Rick. Also on that show was Brian Wilson (yes, from the BeachBoys). We subsequently did a tour with Patrick. His genius is endless.

  • @jhgmusic Hey, I am guessing this must be the great Jim Gentry! As I recall, you had a wild-ass Tele covered in snake or lizard skin.

  • Thanks for sharing your video. I am a big fan of Rick and Patrick and the whole electronic music community.

    D....................:)

  • I'm well-impressed!

  • The Swiss Poodle and Twiddly Fingers

Thats like Maris and Mantle signing a Louisville Slugger

  • That is Cool!!!!!!

  • Patrick Moraz is exploding with music still, I think he is composing in his lseep also. Such enthusiasm, great.

  • wow that must have been really cool

  • OK. I'm a huge Moraz fan, also - so I'm green with envy over here! LOL But what's REALLY getting to me is all the killer analog boards you have! I'm kicking myself for the MiniMoog, the(1 octave)Taurus pedals, Moog Prodigy and the Prophet 5 I had at one time and sold...ARG!!...BUT I still have my old MemoryMoog Plus (I saw a MemoryMoog in your arsenal)....still...wow, man. What a great assortment of boards you have - hey, and nice ear on the patches I heard. Analog RULES!!

  • Hi...I sold all those boards quite awhile back - you know, the usual financial reasons! I wish I had them all today. The fattest sounding by far was the Memorymoog. Keep yours if at all possible! I used to sell one thing to buy another...but there was a period of a few years when I tried to keep it all. It was just too expensive to maintain. For now I make do with a Mono Evolver Keyboard and some Moogerfoogers. I am just so glad I had the foresight to video tape stuff back then.

  • Sell one thing to buy another...yup. Same here. Other than my MemoryMoog, which I bought in the early '80s, one board I've kept since the early '90s is my Roland JD800. You may want to try to snap one of these up on ebay or wherever - analog/digi interface synth - with all the sliders for on-the-fly editing - great LFO, TVF, TVA, nice waveforms, multi-timbral, touch/velocity sens. - FAT analog strings, brass - it's my pseudo-Moog! LOL Anyway - peace out, brother - rock on!

  • Lose the wife keep the boards and some extra money also.

  • Abolutely fantastic, and what a piece of history.!!!

  • i am totally speechless...

  • his laugh is hilarious..;at 00:10 ...04:40

  • how much does it costs a matrix 12 nowadays?

  • About $3,000 on average.

  • Man, the Matrix 12 produces such breathtaking sounds, the synth brass patch at 3:27 sounds just like one Vince Dicola used for the Rocky four soundtrack I know he used alot of Oberhiem gear.

  • Ah, that is so cool!!! I so envy you! :)
