  • which sermon came from this same location? im trying to find it

  • You should never prep yourself to witness, with words that pass away (the Lord will remind you of this when it is time), all men's words pass away.

  • @MrGodkid Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems you're referring to Christ, when He told His disciples not to prepare ahead of time what they would say when they were PERSECUTED, and dragged to prison. That the Holy Spirit would give them words in those times. But there are strong admonishments in Scripture that we should always be prepared to give an answer for the hope that is within us, and to defend the truth once and for all delivered to the saints. I think you might be misunderstanding..?

  • @RockSprites your encouragement to "be prepared to give an answer" carefully conceals two important facts about having a living faith, one) enjoy being prepared, two) be prepared to give *any* answer (any answer that is Heavenly) while "being prepared to give an answer" is one answer, it is not all answers (as your allusion to the authority of scripture would suggest, be that as it may) if you will have wisdom and you reply, you will attempt to meet me halfway without yielding scripture

  • @MrGodkid Well you've misinterpreted what I said a bit. I didn't say to be prepared to answer every single question, or to have "all" answers, but that you should be prepared to give an answer for the hope that is within you.

  • @RockSprites we are... not seeing eye to eye. You are saying "be prepared to give an answer" and I am saying "a ready answer is quick, but a hopeful outlook is higher" neither of us is wrong (certainly the fact that I am saying more is not important) but where you find one scripture and move on, I find interest in how Jesus fulfils scripture through more than what is written and stay put. You may not want to stay put now, that is your choice, but when you are witnessing you will wish you had.

  • @SoldierOfLight1 well said

  • How can God possibly take you to heaven is what I needed to add.

  • Does he have a repetitive stress injury -- obviously one of his "graces" does not have to do with physical health; but then again he'll have a resurected body (that body there) and it will be "fixed" then. I wonder if I can use this reasoning when my wife asks me to fix her brakes, hmmmmm?

  • @drf2121 I came to that conclusion too. I can't imagine Arminian missionaries being totally happy. I know they're delivering the true gospel of Christ, but they must always be worrying, "Did I present the gospel well enough? What if I said something wrong, and now because of my bad presentation he never believes?" Thank God for His sovereignty, that we are merely the means to His end and it is He who works through us.

  • WHEN YOU HAVE RIGHT MOTIVES ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE OFFENDED.

You have no power to change your own heart. God said behold, I will write my Law on their hearts. Ask God to change your heart. Ask for humility. The Cross is offensive, the word is offensive, and thats a beautiful thing. No pain no gain is so true. Meditate on the scripture.

  • I 'm just a simple humble listner right now...sounds to me like 'voidengineer' has pre-existeing anti Calvinism belifs (whether valid or not I'm not questioning) clouding judgemnent regarding a good wittnessing video. I hear nothing shared in the video that is not Biblical (by the way 1John is in the Bible Mr. voidengineer" ). I highly reecomend & commend!

  • Comment removed

  • It would be great if you folk could take your unsubstantiated assertions and keep them to yourself. Thanks

  • That's some good advice...I've been wondering how to witness to somebody effectively for a while now.

  • I don't get it... is he saying that God does not forgive, because He is just in all His ways? Because there are many scriptures that state that God does forgive.

  • @Benitaesq He's saying that God can not forgive because if He does then he is justifying the wicked which is an abomination. So God had to punish sin which was done on HIs son Jesus. Now that the price was paid and justice was served, He can now pardon and forgive. Every time he's forgiven someone or pardoned someone even before Jesus came to earth is because He died on the cross. :)

  • Galatians 3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

  • Psalms 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

  • Great answer, thanks for that.

  • very helpful, thanks for posting this video

  • very helpful, thanks for posting this video

  • nice video..

See this video in my channel...rate it add n sub me..

  • I find it interesting this man waits for God to open a door to speak and when he gets it he goes into his canned little "sales pitch" instead of relying on the holy spirit to give him the words. God is a whole lot more than a "doorman".

  • God is a whole lot more than a door man he opens the door. God also gives us the words to use to get in the door... I don't think of what he is talking about as a sales pitch. You shouldn't post it as a sale you should post it as free eternity. And you have to get the person to believe the truth and you do that by telling the truth.

  • Also the Bible says to do things decently and orderly and Bro. Washer is explaining how to do that. So its not a sales pitch its a message were suppose to preach and this is the order to preach it in

  • As someone who has done open air preaching and street witnessing on a regular basis there's past years i would say this man is giving great advice. What you fail to realize is the holy spirit has come to convict the world of sin righteousness and judgment. With that there is logic and elements in the gospel proclamation that must be said or it results in being a false gospel.

We must to flexible in our approach but the message is always the same.

  • watch?v=hrBCckaAxWw

  • Hey guyz, just wondering if anyone know's of a sermon in which Mr Washer give's advice on bible college's which one's he would recomend or weather he thinks it's not a good idea, btw thanx for these vid's God bless ya:)

  • really great... thank I've been looking into how to preach the Word... God bless

  • great response. All this other responses are from critical religious people (i see allot of them in person) they criticize everyone else's evangelism but they themselves do nothing. If there heart was truly for the lost and evangelism they would be glad to receive this mans help. Stick to the text and the historical gospel.

  • First , lets all agree that the beginning of the bible world began with a whole lot of incest.

  • a witness is quiet and only answer questions when asked. !

    so shhhhhh on the streets

  • A witness testifies to the truth.

  • what ever your personal truth is when you are a witness you should wait to be asked. like in a court, if you are a witness you can't just spout off anything you want you sit and are quiet till you are asked a question. i do think that most religious people of all religion need to learn how to be a nice person, honest and not condecending

  • how can you say that? Isnt this guy saying exactly that, how to be kind when talking to people about their beliefs? So lets look at secularism, do you feel offended when you are advertised at 24/7 and told what to think by the TV? Come on man, we dont live in our own individual little boxes away from everybody. Why dont you engage with what he's saying in the video?

  • the difference is of course is that ads on telly is about things not about your own personal beliefs. its about a you and them kind of thing. So why can't people just live by the 2 commandments that jesus said tolive by? to love god (or how you interpret it) with everything and to love your neighbour as you wouldlove yourself. Sadly people do love people as much as they love themselves. which is very little. master that then move on to other things

  • I can agree with you that we should live more by the 2 commandments, but you cant pick and choose. Jesus also said: 'I am the way the truth and the life, NO-ONE comes to the father but by me' - that excludes every other way! Religious tolerance sounds nice but logically it is Nonsense.

  • but he did say that you need to seek out your OWN salvation.. not anothers. and mine is to be true to me and follow my beliefs that are in my core and more people need to be encouraged to think and feel for themselves with skill of respecting others and thier otherness and enjoying it

  • witness n 1 : attestation of a fact or event witness vt 1 : to testify to testify vb 1 : to make a statement based on personal knowledge or belief, bear witness 2 : to express a personal conviction

Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary (Eleventh Edition) Question: If someone sees your house on fire do you think they should wait to be asked to bear witness? Fact: "JESUS" is the fullness of Love, Truth and Power! Repent & Believe! Fire is coming. My interest? Love for You

  • Praise God (Jesus Christ)! God Bless People! B Warren unbreakablegym . com

  • i like this

  • That's exacty right,if there is no fruit, then cry out to God.

  • "oh my GOSH?" True convertion includes the language we use.

  • Yes and you just repeated it in written form. Judge not lest ye be judged !

  • According to the Bible, Christians are to preach the gospel to every living creature. Could you do me a favour and start with the Beetles.

There are approximately 250,000 species of Beetle and am sure that would keep you Christians pretty busy for the next 1000 years.

1 question though. Why would God create 250,000 species of Beetle. What is so special about Beetles?

    .

  • "Why would God create 250,000 species of Beetle?"

To give you something to talk about?

    LOL

    Peace.

    :)

  • lol

question where does it say every living creature, just curious?

  • @JimmyTheKirkie why wouldnt He?why are there so many notes to play on a piano or guitar?how els could we make symphonies? We serve a God of variety. His ways our past finding out. His thoughts our not our thoughts.PEACE to you brother!!!

  • @peterlabrie1 Holy smokes! I don't even remember what this was about! LOL

    Blessings to you Peter!

  • @JimmyTheKirkie Because He's God...

  • @RonMaday EXACTLY! Because He IS GOD!

  • @JimmyTheKirkie God loves diversity, the question is stupid

  • You need to take the Bible more seriously. And the question is wrong. The question should be, why would you clasify the beetles into 250'000 species. Now, since you gave me an opertunity to speak, I have to warn you. Have you ever told a lie? Have you ever taken The Lords name in vain? Have stoalen? If you have done any of these, you have sind against the creator. If you do some thing to Obama, will it be taken seriously? Is God bigger than Obama?

  • Paul Washer Laughs on Purpose ?

    That's A Miracle (-:

  • if someone said "can I share the gospel with you?" I would cringe! but if someone came up and interacted normally ie had a conversation about current affairs, the weather etc and we naturally progressed to talk about God I would be far more at ease and genuinely interested.Non believers aren't aliens they are normal people so just talk to them normally and let the holy spirit guide the conversation.

  • i dont know what Calvanist,Arminian,Evangelism is all i know is that Jesus died in the form of a human and rose agian and we can repent to him

  • Good message. Good approach to the Gospel.

    Calvanist/Arminian - WHO CARES?

He is preaching about Gods holiness, justice, sin, cross & Jesus, give it a rest all of you.

  • "Calvanist/Arminian - WHO CARES?"

Well, I wouldn't quite say that. I've been on both sides of the debate, formally Arminian now Calvinistic, and it makes a huge difference on how you view EVERYTHING.

  • no such thing as hell , eccl. 9 ;5,10 " but as for the dead they are conscious of nothing at all etc also ps.146;4 day you die so do your thoughts. hell = pagan ,misinterpreded and a way for religion to scam you for money for prayers , i belive in reserection jesus said .... eternal death yes but no hell

  • Eclestiasties 9:5-10 is an proof text you are takeing it out of context what it is talking about in context is that the glory and achivments of man will be forgoton your forgetting The Apsotle Paul says absent with the body present with the Lord. ALso see The story of The Rich Man and Lazarus in The Gospel of Luke. Hell is not an money makeing scheme you are confuseing Midevil Roman catholicism with Biblcal Christianity. Also where in scripture prey tell does Christ suppourt your view???

  • Paul doesn't say 'absent with the body present with the LORD' Read 2 Corinthians 5 - the Bible does NOT say that! It actually says the exact OPPOSITE! Please read the actual text and not parrot what someone else said

  • 6Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord.

Clearly Paul is stating that the physical body is a barrier to presence with God. Especially considering the context, it would be completely unreasonable to interpret Paul's statement as meaning "your physical body separates you from God, then you die and disappear." He goes on to mention the judgment, the consequences of which must be found elsewhere for detail.

  • well you do your end and find out how this scam came to be?

  • have you read the new testament? wow, hell was talked about more than anything else, and Jesus told us it was real, and forever, and unbearable torment. If Christ says it's real, take it to the bank. (And not AIG :)

  • @bigdogboos And Samwise Gamgee told Frodo to throw the ring into the fire of mount doom, god help you if you don't follow those teachings!

  • @bigdogboos

where does he talk about hell? and what does he mean by it?

  • The word hell is actually translated as 'grave' in the New Testament. I believe in the Lake of Fire judgment where non-believer's are thrown and die, but the temporary holding place of 'hell' is very hard to prove.

  • What about in Revelation where it says that "hell" gave up it's dead? Then, it follows it up by saying that hell gets tossed into the lake of fire.

Based on that, it would seem that when an unbeliever dies, they go to hell and await judgement and then get thrown into the lake of fire.

  • help me understand like the man on the plane u believe the gospel and call on god to save u fromyour sins u trust that jesus Christ did it then 5 months down theroad u aint really saved u were sincere and trully believed whos fault is it u say God cant lie and salvation his his work on mans behalf and u trusted him and the gospel u die and now go to Hell .

  • people beleive that a prayer will save them, and thats all they need to do,months down the line nothing has changed and realise their not saved.words are cheep,if you with all your heart put your faith in the lord and believ in him you will be saved and will be a new creature in christ.its impossible for someone to say there saved but then carry on living in there sin,if they do they never really meant it in the first place they just didnt want to go to hell.mail me if you have anymore qestions

  • If you are truly born again you will be transformed, it's inescapable. You will have been touched by God's power, and you will know it. Your desires will shift to things like wanting to read your Bible to draw near to God, you'll want to pray and spend personal time with Him. You will love people with a pure heart, and begin to see them differently, and with mercy. Everything changes, you see everything in a new perspective. You will know.

    God Bless!

    Truthseekr07

  • This is great!

  • In the words of my father a Godly missionary of nearly 30 in Thailand "We shouldn't call it Calvinism, we should call it Biblical because that is what it is."

  • This man is a Calvinist heretic. Why is soulwinning so difficult for Calvinists? Good night, read the Bible folks!

  • Well, it's "so hard" because we care about sincerity.

  • Sincerity is not your job LaneCh. Who do you think you are, the Holy Ghost?

  • "voideengineer", random guy on Youtube:

"Sincerity is not your job LaneCh."

The Apostle Paul appointed by God to be an ambassador of Jesus Christ:

"That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ;"

    (Php 1:10)

    Any questions? :)

  • Yeah, what does that passage have to do with the price of tea in China?

Our job is to preach the good new of Christ crucified buried and risen. It's not to determine is those that hear the gospel are "sincere".

    Any questions? :|

  • "It's not to determine is those that hear the gospel are "sincere". "

Ah, I see. Thanks for clarifying that you don't even know what I've been saying and responding to that. In the first comment, I was referring to us sincerely preaching what the true Gospel is. haha, classic.

  • @voidengineer Who do you think you are judgegineer

  • @voidengineer historically, most of the greatest missionaries and evangelists are Calvinists.

  • @voidengineer Is not THE GOSPEL MORE IMPORTANTANT?

  • @voidengineer

Calvinist thinking is put down by the bible, in one of the most popular verses known in American, John 3:16

    "...that WHOSOEVER shall believe..."

  • @ItStrikesMidnight Do you realize that Calvinists have easily, easily responded to this hundreds of thousands of times? You'll have to try a little harder than that. We're not as stupid and ignorant of the Scriptures as many would like to think we are. By your very comment you reveal that you know and understand very, very little about Calvinists and Reformed theology and thinking. Because if you understood a little more, you wouldn't have ever even made such a comment in the first place.

  • When a man can answer a question like that with such clarity and in a way that is so edifying, it is clear that man tarries with God.

Thanks for posting this. Just a word to all of us who listen to Paul W. a lot: our job is to get revelation from the Lord though His word, not to consistently regurgitate what we hear from Bro. Paul. His preaching is a great benefit to us, but He is not the source, and I doubt he would want to be the source.

    Just a thought.

  • Repent and believe. Repent from what?

    Just believe! That's it.

Repent from sin? That was already taken care of on the cross by the only one that can take care of sin. Jesus died on the cross for our sins, was buried , and three days later was raised for our justification. That is the gospel.

    That Jesus died

    was buried

    was raised

  • Your absolutely right but you MUST repent. The word Repent means "turn" as in turn away from. Its a Greek word. When one repents, they dont just say "Sorry Jesus" and sin again, right? No when their a Christian they Repent in that they ask forgiveness (which is freely given them) and then live a life in which they try by the Grace of God live without sinning again.... and when they do (as we all do) sin again they repent again. You know what I mean?

  • believing gives you a new heart, which changes your desires, in turn allowing you to repent. Correct me if im wrong.

  • Luke 13:3

  • JESUS says to repent...remember that..read the gospels..

  • Please pray for my son Jason Smith. He is not Born Again. He always want to make a lot of money.

  • this really helped me thank you

  • So wonderful to hear Paul explain ways to witness-Praise the Lord

  • god how i love this man!!! good job brother paul....

  • That's some of the best advice on sharing Christ I've heard. I appreciate Paul's style of preaching, no soft peddling.

  • very well spoken, brother paul. thank you.

  • I talked with my teen and told her the gospel story and was hit with all kinds of why questions. She asked why did God make us just so he could judge us as sinners? I felt bad because I can't say. I said, "it's Gods universe so it's Gods rules." I have got to get a better answer.

  • The answer for that is: God didnt make us just so he could judge us as sinners!! we CHOSE to sin against his will so we deserve punishment and secondarily to glorify himself by showing us hes the savior and we depend on him and need him and owe him our lives and eternity for saving us.

  • By the way credit goes to The Way of The Master Ministries for that answer I learnt it from them.

  • I also think that when a sinner, who embodies the OPPOSITE of God, repents of his wrong and becomes saved, that glorifies God even more. We were made to glorify Him, and when we choose HIM over sin, when we turn away from sin, that glorifies Him. Think about it, isn't it glorious if your creation turns 180 to choose you? We are not like animals who are neutral and don't have that choice. We glorify God by turning away from sin and choosing Him.

  • God didn't make us sinners. He doesn't want to have to judge us for sin. We chose to sin and that is why He has to judge us... For the sin we CHOSE to do. Please talk with your teen again on this subject.

  • Where in scripture do you get this idea?

  • Which idea?

  • hello godsg: can you show evidence of your comment. i thought god had control over everything, including sin & satan. or am i wrong ?

  • Thank you for posting these paul washer videos I have enjoyed watching them so much. What is so great about God is the simplicity of the things he asks us to do that we make overly difficult.

  • Great advice!

  • Witness Honestly... *****

  • First PW video I liked.

  • What would happen if Paul and his wife had a son who wasn't "predestined"? Would he just be written off? What about the boy's free will? Calvinism baffles me. I have read a lot of John MacArthur's writing and listened to hours and hours of Paul Washer sermons but I respectfully have serious issues with Calvinism. I'm a Baptist educated, now Evangelical and have been saved since 1976. Thanks to Lane for posting all the fine videos. May God Bless all us Christians, even when we disagree!

  • randy, praise God he saved you!

God does not base His election on anything He sees in the individual. He chooses the elect according to the kind intention of His will (Eph. 1:4-8; Rom. 9:11) without any consideration of merit within the individual. Nor does God look into the future to see who would pick Him. Also, as some are elected into salvation, others are not (Rom. 9:15, 21).

    God Bless

  • man has free will, the problem is he doesnt have any good will.

The will is alway in bondage to the nature. and scriptured testimony is that man has a wicked nature, that is...his heart(gen 6:5, 8:21, jer 17:9)

    this should help /watch?v=fVRrSO5wOj4

  • man has free agency, not free will in the true sense of the word. Because an unsaved person is captive to that will, which is to turn from God.

  • Paul I love your tenderness, God must just love you just that much more than most of us.

I cant wait to hang with you when we get Home

  • God loves you as much as Paul. When we go to the foot of the cross, we are equal in God's eyes. Because there is level ground at the cross. God doesnt play favourites. Remember that God has a purpose in your life. No matter how small it may seem. It is great in God's eyes.

  • Does God love you? In Psalms it says he hates all evildoers. By coming to repentance and believing in Jesus Christ alone you can "make your calling and election sure" - 2 Peter 1:3-11

  • Does God love? hard question...sorry for being sarcastic but I know He loves me. He hates evildoers...those that do evil. But not the people them selves. I repent everyday because I know I'm a sinner. I repent because I'm brought to shame by God's holiness and I can't live without Him in my life. I love Paul's doctrine. It's the doctrine we christians ought to live by. My pastor teaches the same thing. They are hard messages but the bible says "whom the father loves, He chastises."

  • awesome. thank you for this video. I've always wanted someone to give me instructions on how to bring up the subject of christ in a conversation. I'm so glad I found this video. It's so simple: "Hey, I'm a christian, can I talk to you about what I believe?" No one has ever told me that. Thank you.

  • i partly agree with easy easy for it says in the Bible it rains in the just and the unjust field. make no mistake we're all God' children but if you reject your father he cant take you in unless you repent. and accept him. and also wah about salvation? think about it?

  • Well, not everyone in the world is God's child. Jesus said specifically, "You are of your father the devil." to certain people. Obviously there are some who's Father is God and some who's father is the devil.

  • Understand tho lane, the devil didnt create man, God created man so there for all man are children of God. and like i stated if you reject God as your father, then live a sinful life then there for your a child of the devil.

  • The question isn't who created man, the question is "who's kid is this?" The Bible teaches us that believers have been adopted as sons. Adopted kids are ones who don't stay with their original parents. The Bible clearly says that before regeneration that we're all children of wrath and dead in sins. An adopted child has one parent who created them, and another who adopts them as their own. We're all dead in Adam (Romans 5) so originally we're children of the devil. Creation isn't the issue.

  • Oh, good, so it's not just me! That "Children of the Corn" bit was classic; I've been living that!

This is really good teaching. I'll keep this one near.

  • hei.

Well this might be a bit rude or smth

but.. How can i say politely no?

  • The path of God is profitable in all things. Why would you want to say no?

Trust me, what you have is NOTHING compared to what you could have in Christ. Money don't compare with wisdom, and the Lord offers wisdom freely. Besides, it's eternal salvation for, what? Belief and love? Come on! Besides which, it's the truth, whether you find that palatable or not. You WILL stand before God one day, no matter what you say or do or believe or practice or teach here on earth.

  • Excellent answer, Tim. Foolish of anyone not to want to hear this stuff, right? You might even say that allschoolreject doesn't have the *right* to politely say no.

  • Don't you get it, allschool? You CAN'T say no. But for what it's worth, here's what I would do (if, for instance, stuck on an airplane with one of these lunatics). Since I'm *interested* in religion I'd hear what he (and yes, it's always a 'he', isn't it?) had to say. Same old same old? "Thanks, friend, I've heard enough. Enjoy the flight." and pull out a book. Got something new? Interesting? Worth thinking about. I'll give him my ear for a bit.

  • Sry debate friend.. it would seem that my comment was deleted and i don't remember what i once said about this.. do you recall?

  • Sure... but I think your comment is still here. It's the one at the top of this thread. But, just in case, you were wondering (if I understood you correctly) how to politely say no to an evangelist.

  • I'm thinking there is no right way to do this.. because in saying that: They think.. "another one bites the dust" ( goes to HADES... lol).. therefor it's like.. making someone accept suicide i think?

Anyhow.. thanks for your input i might do that.. if i'm stuck with one of them one day. Actually thought i'd like to hear it if there was someone who could retell stories nicely:D

  • well thats fine, but there are christians that practice as much righteousness as they can and are still condemned for eternity [carnal minded]. what about the souls that god created knowing that they would be damned but creating them anyway? why would he make us follow the burden of adam and eve. why wouldn't he give us a TRUE choice of desiring to exist or not. why does he PREDESTINED people to be damned?

  • People are already damned. All He has to do is let go of His grip of grace.

  • It is not possible for God to ask us if we want to exist or not. Because He have to make us exist before He would ask us. We cannot be in the state between exist and non-exist where our choice would be objective. On the other hand being is much better thing than non-being, so this would be not a real choice to someone who exist anyway, I think.

  • And there's something called free will as well. God's mercy and grace is given to the race of mankind but we are so undeserving of it. we have a choice to accept it or reject it but even if we reject it, God still gives us mercy and grace. The reason your heart is beating and your even breathing is because God has mercy and grace upon you. Think about it.

  • easy530, if it's true that man's will is free and God's will is free, who's will will prevail if there is a conflict with both? For example, if your will is to walk to your left, and God's will is for you to walk straight, will your will or God's prevail?

  • well thats why i'd say there's free will. we have the choice to give our life over to Him and follow in His will or we can try and create a "will" for ourselves, either way His mercy and grace covers us. Thats why its so heart breaking that people still continue to defile God even the Christian who has given their life over to Him is unworthy. He deserves so much more respect. There will come a time when the Lord removes his hand.

  • You didn't really answer the question though, easy. If both our will and God's are free, what happens when there's a conflict between them? If our will is free, it means that it is not influenced by any outside force. If God's is free, the true is same for him. Is there ever a time when our will supersedes God's?

  • I see what your saying now. I think I misunderstood you before. If God has it in His will to use someone for something then He will achieve it. I think I was confusing everyone including myself with the whole concept of making choices based on your own heart or based on faith and stuff

  • Oh, ok. I understand better where you were coming from now, too. Thanks for clearing that up.

    Here's the follow-up question:

If it's true that man's will cannot override God's, is it true that man's will is truly free? In other words, if it's true that if we want to go to A, and God wants us to go to B then we will go B, how is our will free if it's true that God's will is?

  • Mans will can't be free because God has overall judgment on the will of any people, whether they follow him or not.

  • Right.

  • Thank you lane for posting this. Very helpful video!

  • I can not wait to meet my brother Paul in Heaven, he is like our modern day Paul. Love love love love him.

  • awesome.

there is a guy that came to work on the air conditioner today and God asked me to witness to him.

i kinda mentioned it to him today, and hes coming back tomorrow, so

pray for me and for him

    :)

  • ionowner556, ask him if he's ever heard the gospel of Jesus Christ.

  • *takin' notes*

    oh yeah!

    awesome ideas!

    i like this Paul guy

  • That is good teaching. Why do we think we can do a better job of saving people than the Holy Spirit can?

  • The Lord has and is using Paul for me to walk a deeper and more honest walk with Jesus. We are commanded to walk worthy. The Holy Spirit is changing me at a whole new level. Praise God.

  • Praise God!

  • Paul Washers speaking has completely changed many aspects of my christianity. I thank God for making Paul Washer :)

  • I couldn't agree with you more. He is just amazing and here at a time when America couldn't need people like him more.

  • Thank God for the word for from it is given the law of sin and righteousness. He is good and gracious

  • Metube780: In those cases, God's mercy overruled justice. That doesn't make injustice. That makes it something greater than justice... the mercy of the Judge. You are right that forgiveness and justice aren't opposites. In fact, forgiveness is necessary BECAUSE God is just. Christ's sacrifice saves us from the wrath of a just God.

  • I don't think this is sufficient, simmonsland. _In those cases_, you say, God's mercy overruled justice. You need to explain why God was merciful rather than just in THOSE cases, but not in ALL cases. If I understand you, there was no need for God to pour out his anger and wrath upon Jesus; he could have been merciful.

  • Anytime I listen to Paul Washer I learn way more about the topic than I ever thought I would. This guy has got it together.

  • So if God is just, he cannot forgive you? Then, when Jesus Christ refused to condemn the adulteress, saying, "neither do I condemn you" even though the Law of Moses required it, was He being unjust? When on the Cross, Jesus asked his father to forgive them (for they know not what they do), was he abandoning justice? When Stephen forgave his killers before he died....unjust? Forgiveness and justice are not polar opposites.

  • Lane, from what sermon is this from? I mean, which QandA session of what sermon?

    Thanks in advance!

  • This one is definitely #3.

  • Thanks again Lane!

    Your in my prayers.

    God bless you.

  • Wow... just... wow.

  • Praise God for people like Paul Washer, Ray Comfort, John MacArthur and Mark Cahill

  • AMEN!!! We need to do this!
