it's awesome! the boss battles are exciting. hordes of enemies attack every once in a while and the easy-to-use controls really help tie the experience together. for the most part, enemies are spread out and not always in the way.
hyper difficulty gives more health to enemies and bosses and makes them much more powerful. it's unlocked after the game is beaten, so you'd have to lose everything all over again.
you're welcome! and i heard the third one on the wii is actually the best in the trilogy. it plays really good and the puzzles are excellent. i won't lie, more emphasis was put on the puzzles than the action. but the action and puzzle sequences are tied together flawlessly and seamlessly and they're so frequent that you won't dread a transition from fighting to puzzle and back again.
I wonder how the online will be...this seems to have the potential to be the best FPS on the Wii. It has to compete with Metroid Prime 3, but it looks like its up to the task.
mp3 was incredible gameplay-wise. emphasis was put on adventure and platforming with some shooter overtones while this game is just a first person shooter. control-wise, this game has much more options than metroid prime 3 and was inspired by said game's controls. the conduit seems to have everything going for it... except the story which i'm not too thrilled about. alien invasion... washington DC... whatever.
I know using Metroid Prime as a standard for FPS isn't the best because it IS more focused on exploring and adventuring, but Prime 3 is much more shooter than the other 2.
i cant wait
