Obviously, we can't diagnose or treat you but you are doing the right thing by researching. We are confident you will find some answers on our website....

  • @majid123abc the best way to get rid of back pain is by jogging everyday. i 've had back pain for years but since i started to jog, i got no back pain issue anymore

  • I have a situation where I broke my cocxy ( tailbone) last year and I was badly injured but doctors say it will naturaly heal. I resently took an exray to see wether my cocxy bones are okay and I was reported everything was okay and my bones have recovered but I still have back pain on my lower back every seens and even now i still have nasty back pains.. Is it becoz of my cocxy fractured that coz the back aches still??

  • Do u have anything for upper back / neck pain?

  • @TheYaom yes, please go to LoseTheBackPain (dot) com and click on Conditions up top....

  • I have done Pull Ups all my life... So I don't get it !! What in the world can I be doing wrong. Can my sitting position at the computer be the cause ? I've been working for long hours in front of the PC. For months now.

I didn't have no accident or anything...

  • @GanzLONDON don't do pull ups then, simple!

  • @TheYaom Thankfully I went into some forums and stuff. And after some tips here and there. I am back doing PULL UPS with NO PAIN at all !

I had to start from the bottom, just like I had never done a single pull up before. And it worked ! Took me less than 6 months.

    Thanks anyway !

  • @GanzLONDON so working your painful muscles out helped you?

my upper back muscles hurt a lot!

  • @TheYaom What I did was STOP for a long while, then started out by doing chair pull ups and only few reps, and always very slowly. And I kept doing the Chair pull ups for a long time until I was doing a lot of them !

Them I went into one or two regular pull ups and the rest were still the CHAIR ones. Plain and simple physiotherapy ! Took me less than 6 months.

At the end I realized I got injured because I was doing too much and not resting enough !

  • @GanzLONDON I have similar pains doing pull-ups. My \lower spine hurts, and sometimes my neck. What tips did you get to stop the pains?

  • @Sunshine4Cells I STOPPED for 3 weeks , then started out by doing chair pull ups and only few reps, and always very slowly. And I kept doing the Chair pull ups for a long time until I was doing a lot of them !

Them I went into one or two regular pull ups and the rest CHAIR ones. Plain and simple physiotherapy ! Took me less than 6 months.

    Good luck !

At the end I realized I got injured because I was doing too much and not resting enough !

Proper form is the KEY and slowly does it !

  • I am doing all kinds of rehab exercises since I started feeling pain ONLY when I do Pull Ups.

I do everything else FINE ! running, cycling, swimming, push ups, planks, abs, soccer, tennis, Jiu Jitsu, NO PAIN whatsoever.

But when I try PULL UPS ...there it is... right in the lower spine, a sharp pain. I can still do the PULL UPS, but I decided to stop'em until I figure it out what is going on.

Has Anybody ever had a similar problem ? Any tip ??? PLEASE !!!

  • I have a spinal injury due to being hit on my bike by a car, it's really cool that you have these vieo's for free, I appreciate them THANKYOU
