i'm not a tournament player or in any way pro at street fighter, but seriously what the hell did i just see? he does a few chops and then shungokusatsu...whats so special about that???
I messed around in training mode a bit. Even at point blank range you can jump out of an Ultra demon so its absolutely useless for that.
You cant jump out of a point blank range Super demon, so the kara cancel does increase the effective range, but the difference is very slight. You may be able to do it after a deep blocked lp or lk but anything else would push you too far back.

I dont know if you still want this info but here's some framedata :) Super has 1 startup frame, ultra has 5. Every character has 4 startup frames for jumping and in air you cant hit with ultra or super. Exept for gief, he has 6 frames and dhalsim has 3. So zangief is the only one who can be hit by ultra if you're standing next to him.

yea... thats kinda old news too XP basically all of his kara setups from 3rd strike exist in sf4... low roundhouse, jumping jab, after transport, on wakeup, after divekick, after a blocked tatsu... the sky is the limit XD

In point range, if your opponent is not attacking or blocking, you can grab him instantly

he can also demon flip demon like in sf 3 plus i found a v easy way to kara as well look for street fighter 4 easy kara
