Just to let you know, college/uni tends to kill ANY desire to write creatively, just because you do so much academic writing it takes the fun out of it. But the good news is, it does come back. I'm in summer now and out of classes in the US, and I've just now started writing again. :) So it IS possible, I promise.

@Owltalons I did finish my degree. What destroyed my passion was the fact that in order to get good marks, you really had to manipulate your writing according to the tutor taking the class. So instead of writing in a way that felt natural or played to my strengths (I write best for a young adult audience), I was in a constant struggle trying to please the people marking my work. And because I took several writing classes a year, it all just got overwhelmingly disheartening :/
