there's a video of jim wendler critiquing a squat at a seminar (or maybe its bartley), but one of the things he says is to stop prior to rounding your back at the bottom. i think the issue may be that you are going too deep and when you lose that tension in your lower back, its hard to come back up (especially when going really heavy)
