The bassoon-like instrument is made of hard paper for the body. There are only three holes (so 4 notes). The reed par is made of a piece of polietilene tube used in gardening to make water installation. Its very easy to find at shops. And very cheap. You have to smash the "reed side" with a hammer to give a bassoon reed shape (is actually bigger than bassoon reed) and then work in it with medium sand paper some minutes to get a fine sound and give a soft air working.
