When I was in Spanish class, this guy said that Rhythmic Gymnastics is not a sport. He plays football. I asked him how long his practices were and he said 2-3 hours. I said Rhythmic gymnastics practices are at least 4 hours long. 1 hour warm-up, 1/2 hour jumps and difficulties and the rest of the time is practicing routines. Rhythmic Gymnastics is more than just a sport; Either you are in for life, or not at all. I LOVE RG<3

Me and my friend used to do rhythmic gymnastics and I can tell you now, most of the girls there were crying by about half way through the lesson because the coach worked us that hard. Seriously, it is amazing to watch but really hard to do :/ I wasn't much good tbh…

@Jnortsify im not really sure what ur asking but each level you get different apparatus so at each comp you are able to compete all of your routines. hope that helps but if not reply back

They are not kids because they don't stop getting older while they train to become so good. Might have a bit to do with the many many years of training they do to reach the level skill they have.

They start as little kids, that's how they get so good. They don't compete and end up in the Olympics until they've had all the proper training, and then they are usually in their teens or are young adults.
