  • I put 15000 km on a 1984 V-45 Magna before I was rear-ended at a lit crosswalk with pedestrians in the road. I flew 20 ft and did a flip onto my back-nuff said about that. T he wierd part of it was that my Magna became like a life-sized hood ornament for this car and it took two tow trucks pulling in opposite directions to get them apart. I shoulda died then and there but i got up and went to go kill the drive but i saw my bike and realized I should calm down and sit down.

  • @LtJackboot I got 60 Gs and another 1984 V-45 Magna with siliar mileage in black instead of burgundy. But my back is still fucked 16 yrs later.

  • This is a neat piece of work

  • nice bike what year is it? did it have the fuse box between the original handle bars if so how did you relocate it, looking to put some bars like that on mine, but im not sure about the fuse box.

  • @MasterMyers101 1985, all the electronics were moved from the headlight bucket to a panel built under the seat.

  • awesome work dude. Magnas rule.

  • How did you rake that front end??? Looks good...

  • @rguyer1 a combo of rotating the frame some around the motor to give it a more upright v look and cutting the neck and repositioning it.

  • oh no , do something with all that white tape

  • @elmtex heat sheilds and bobbers go together. i like it

  • I don't understand. Why is it only running on two cylinders? Why?

  • @leftwingnazi first time firing it up and found one coil was bad, it was replaced and the bike runs fine.

  • dude, that thing is wicked! only thing you need now is buckhorn handlebars.

  • nice work.

I'm bobbing out a 1983 v45 making it a hardtail. I also just got a 1985 v65 and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it yet.

How long have you been driving this bike all done like this? It looks awesome but how is the ride?

  • @mrtoddster I rode it for a year and a half then cut it up again to fit a 5 gallon fat bob tank and new manifolds for a VW K03 turbo.

  • @DriveTrainKiller man, I'd love to see a pic of that. Sounds awesome.

  • now i fucking hate jap bobbers but this one looks real nice

  • very nice

  • Dude that is absolutely gorgeous. One of the best i've seen on youtube.

  • Nice Im a female and wanted to install a bobber seat on my Honda spirit shadow 2001 chould u tell me how

  • If you wanna sell these sometime since I'm lazy and too cheap to have a shop make 'em let me know! ha ha Or you could send me instructions, measurments etc.. to make my own but I dont have a bender or welder. No other video has the sound I'm looking for and this does!

    Hit me back

  • so are these just empty pipes? and the bike runs fine??

  • The carbs are jetted to run with the pipes. I also have some lollipop washers about 3 inches from the ends of the drag pipes.

  • @SKYLERPOSTON empty pipes, but I went up a few sizes on the mains and had to shim the needles.

  • I actually used a V30, 1984 500cc Magna, chain driven. Lowered to 4.75" and stretched 3". I just found that the front two cylinders are not firing and believe it's a pulse generator so this video is really of the back 2 cylinders running and the front are just pumping air.

  • What year magna did you use. Is it the 700 or 1100 cc?

  • Sounds good!

  • cylinders 1&3 merged to one 2" pipe, then cylinders 2&4 merged into a second 2" pipe. Front pipe is a header with 1 3/8ths primary tubes, merges into a collector. The back pipe had to be a log manifold due to space and bolt patterns.

  • Wow... please tell me more about the exhaust. 4 into 2?
