usually they can be bought in asian stores, of course, particularly chinese supermarkets. the wraps are dumpling skins, also known as "jiao-ze Pi" in chinese (Dumpling Skin.) they can usually be bought in packs. other than that, you could probably attempt to make your own dumpling skins.. though i think they would taste different compared to the traditional skins.

We have tried one pork, and one vegetarian filling, but I would like to try more 'authentic' fillings. Would it be possible to do a video on this? Thanks very much.
