  • lucky devil...

  • WB3.1??? For amiga 4000 is good: 3.5 ,3.9,4.1 Classic,

  • how jealous i am of you...i have the 1200 and 500, but my dream is the 4000...

  • DF0 and DF1...oh my god, the good old times....

  • I have a mint Amiga 4000 040

Complete with monitor, keyboard, mouse, and loads of serious and games software.

It will be appearing on eBay soon.

  • @duckgeezer European one or US?

  • @franquinet English, there has been a delay taking pictures. It should be on eBay early next week.

  • Best computer ever

  • That was my computer over 10 years ago. Then I switched to a Win98 machine (huge mistake) but quickly changed to Mac after that.

  • this motherfucker could have 512mb of ram via the zorro III in 1993!? WTF?

  • Thats quite the kickass computer youve got there. I bet its never seen the blue screen of death "win 98 crash" lol :)

  • That's very strange. I had an A4000 that worked without a CPU card (meaning that it had some basic CPU on board just like several other models)

  • Only Amiga Makes it Possible! :) .-.-.

  • cool

  • Amiga on a flat panel LCD !! gotta love it.

  • LOAD ,8,1

  • does it play mp3s

  • Guess it must have a CPU card since it has 16MB RAM.

  • @kyanzes

not necessarily. The A4000 mobo can hold 16 mb RAM. Also A4000 won't work without a CPU card, cause there's no CPU on the mobo. They came with commodore 040 CPU card installed as default.

  • So you use this for any productivity? Video Toaster?

  • Nice machine you got there :-)

Does it have the 68030 or 68040 cpu card?

  • The front panel of the machine says 'Amiga A4000/040', so it should be the 68040. Of course, the user could have upgraded it beyond that. I guess the 040 variant was more common in the US, here in Britain the 030 was more common, as it was cheaper.
