  • Does anyone remember the days where you could watch Youtube videos without having to deal with bloody annoying commercial ads before the video starts.

  • haha i built a hudge igloo outside

  • I remember the 1996 blizzard in DC. 20 inches of snow, and nobody could travel for about a full week.

Lucky for me, anything I wanted to do was within walking distance of my apartment.

  • this is what america gets for thinking canadians live in igloo's

  • I hope it snows like that again! :D too fun

  • i hope we dont get another blizzard. last year was the worse...too much snow!

  • 0:57 I WAN'T ONE OF THOSE!

  • it was after my b day feb 4th i was like yayybest b day ever because nooo school

  • shut the fuck up to everyone that thinks this shouldn't be a big deal.It was to us and to most Americans. I don't care what Buffalo or your little piece of shit city usually gets.

  • ya know what pissed me off the most about that storm? while all the snow was way down in DC, we didnt have shit up in CT and VT...where the snow SHOULD HAVE been.

  • "whiteout conditions made the U.S. Capital barely visible" I can see it just fine :)

  • It snowed much more on february 10, it went up to 3 feet and 5 inches

  • I live 10 minutes from there, we didn't have school for 2 weeks

  • nice vid. we just had a strong system go through with near blizzard conditons, i made a couple vids of it. nothing like this though im jealous.

  • Upwards of 3 feet? Pussies. You don't know what a snow fall is

  • @12345JJBB who gives a shit what you think it is.

  • @StylistecS lol you would die driving in a Canadian whiteout, you cant even see the front of your car but you still get where you're going, you would literally die hahaha

  • @12345JJBB I don't give a shit. Nor does anybody else in America. That's the problem you don't understand. THIS ISNT NORMAL IN WASHINGTON DC. That's why it made the fucking news. Now sit in your fuckin igloo and blow somethin.

  • @StylistecS In the summer it got to 45 celsius here with humidity.

Thats 113 fahrenheit buddeh, best of both worlds bitch

  • @12345JJBB I don't give a shit.

  • Thank god for global warming or we would all freeze to death! yeah!!!!

  • we just got 34" in south buffalo, and consider it a nuisance, at worst.

  • throw a shoe at the snow it wont duck

  • This is patethic, In sweden the snow is gone in like 3-5 hours.

  • that's not a blizzard???? lol

  • LOL. try canada bitches!

  • I love snow!

  • 2 feet of snow and a city shuts down??? You Americans, are something to laugh about ;)

  • @ProjektFilmz Just the east coast. West coast gets as much/more snow than virtually anywhere. Slc's surrounding mountains get 550 inches of annual snow fall..

  • "...2 feet of snow, virtually shutting the city down..."

    -.-

  • time

  • Uh Oh... Dick Cheney and Bush are to blame for this!!

  • i love snow :)

  • It looks so beautiful

  • You Americans must have never been to Canada. That's a hot Summer day for us.

  • @Testburgy lol agreed :P

  • @Testburgy Haaa.. we beat up Canadians for fun

  • @Jsd8675 Why because you're pissed that you had to violently break away from Britain? Because you're pissed that you country that is 98% full of retards and illiterates? Explain to me why you feel that you have to beat up Canadians? If you even could.

  • @Karrowt Not quite...actually earths temperature has been dropping since 1996. Just the facts...you have to be open minded enough to accept this though.

  • Suddenly, 4 months after thsi blizzard. I MISS this. God it's hot.

  • Comment removed

  • I missed a week of work due to that blizzard. Best vacation I ever had.

  • idk if you know this but, global warming causes ice capps to melt which cud cause a ice age... dont believe me? look it up lmfao .. Ye this is global warming..

  • some of the uk have had way higher snow totals than that this winter

  • lol i was there

  • lawl day of the tomorrow :P

  • drought in summer with forests burning down like crazy, snow storms in winter, rainstorms and mudslides in fall.

Lots of earthquakes and tsunamies lately, hmmmm.

    All hail HAARP and chemtrails.

screw the globalwarming theories, just use your brain to connect the dots, or watch TV and trust everything that that corporate propaganda box tells you...

  • @aces9876 Yeah, Yeah....the Sun could have absolutely no affect on weather.

    DEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

  • @leebob86 HAHAHA LOL

  • 49 states got snow this year. Hawaii didnt though lol

  • that aint no blizzard, thats a shit storm

  • it's like a ice age

  • It´s getting hot here ;-)

    Fuck global warming!

  • hot? i need to be where you are, this snow was crazy!

  • @JugPuskaric

The biggest prediction concerning global warming is that weather patterns will become erratic. Not that our weather will become noticeably warmer.

  • sure they could use some of this snow in Vancouver. they have no snow there !

  • Damn this global warming! XD

  • I blame Bush for these storms.

  • If it gets hot... Give us money, it's global warming...

If it gets cold... Give us money, it's climate change.

No matter the weather... give us money!

  • Even if there was no weather, it´s still give us money, because there could be some unknown weather tomorrow and we need to be prepared!

  • Good thing I was on vacation this week. Working for the postal service isn't fun.

  • You guys! I never seen the snow before..

I live in Florida, I wish I can see it sometime in the near future

  • globla warming at its finest

  • lool u panzies thats a regular day here in canada :p

  • Not even canada gets 3ft of snow.

  • ah yah it does

  • BLAH BLAH BLAH.......

  • lol, Last night they said my area would get 1 foot and over. Now this morning they said 5 inches?

  • Getting "pummeled" is putting it lightly. We're getting screwed big time!!!

  • This should end the global warming propoganda for good. Burry Al Gore in a snow pile.

  • Global warming is real, its cyclical and is to be expected, we are experiencing temperature averages similar to that of the 1930s during the great "dust bowl." The most likely contributor is sun spot activity and its effects on the solar system. To think its all caused by CFCs and human influx though, IMO, is pure speculation. We are capable of destroying our ozone layer and this is of grave concern, it will kill us. I dont buy into carbon based propoganda aimed at taxing our overburdened ass!!

  • woow and im here in toronto with nothing close to this much snow -_-

and you guys are gonna get even more tonight while were only gonna get a little bit, i feel like im not even in canada anymore....

  • WOW !

That global warming is wreaking havoc !

    hahahah ha

  • exactly. one day its 60 degrees and the next its low 20's with freaking 20+ inches of snow.

this rapidly changing climate can only mean one thing...our atmospheres getting seriously fucked up, and, if let alone, us as well.

  • Dude, its just snow! take a chill pill ya paranoid lunatic! jk.

We get this kind of snow in idaho every year. no big deal!

  • there's a fine line between being "chill" and being "simply ignorant".

let me tell you something. the amount of snow we received is the most in recorded history for washington D.C. maybe states like Idaho experience this regularly, but not D.C. furthermore, the weather for this year has been highly uncontrolled, going from 60 degrees in one day to low 20's the next.

do u really think this happened naturally?

    bullshit.

  • Weather is natural so yes. why is this any sort of surprise to you??

Mother nature takes its course, and it does what it wants.

if anything, all this snow is just showing us how much more stupid Obama really is after he opens his mouth.. isn't it astonishing??

  • weather itself is natural but the degree and the uncertainty it is coming in is not.

snow will fall every winter, that's normal.

but 3 consecutive snow storms and the most snow in more than a hundred years? i don't think so.

  • No, I agree. that is strange. I want to think theres irony in this major storm and all.

it reminds me of a dream I had where a very dark rain cloud hovered over the white house, and everywhere else was bright with sunshine :)

  • Interesting, I think I, as well as any observant American, had the same dream...

by any chance, was there a donkey on top of that rain cloud?

  • Haha! oh quite possibly :D

  • i heard on the radio..that obama announced that he will unveil a "new global climate change council"..but washington has been closed, and yes obama the idiot says this with even more snow coming. The thing is,.that obama has eaten so much of his own shit lately, all he can and is doing to retaliate....is just piss the public of any way he can. I challenge his advisors and anyone associated with him.....TO JUST WALK AWAY FROM HIM...DONT GIVE HIM A REASON...THAT IS WHAT EMPLOYERS WILL TELL YOU..

  • @handonrip ,, i know it already coz their stupid thats why someday, i will wake your fantasies. ol im asking is leave me alone do go near me, and have mercy so we can have peace and be friends mis u.

    alvnpio2/uknwhu

  • there is going to be a blizzard 2marrow in ny how i hate ny i want to go back to florida.

i don't think global warming is happenining

  • Well it's the Nation's Capitol, but it's highly unusual for that region. It happens, but 30" from one storm is ALOT of snow in anybody's record book. It's a good thing this storm didn't have a repeat of the Knickerbocker Storm, when the theatre of that name's roof collapsed and people died.

  • Haha what happened to Global warming.

  • @lorenzo8500 it's here but it should be called climate change cuz it predicts wild and strange weather patterns in temperate zones that aren't hot or cold all year round

  • Comment removed

  • @lorenzo8500 don't care for global warming myself but they have actually said that global warming means extreme warmth and extreme cold and extreme precipitation.

  • @lorenzo8500 Please don't start this very narrow viewed idea of global warming. You have to debate the facts. In the winter it is supposed to snow. Climate is the overall temperature of the Earth (E.g., places that are supposed to be 97 deg for most of the summer might be up to 101 deg) soon.

Dramatic weather changes are expected to occur more frequently because the overall temperature aka climate of the Earth is getting warmer.

  • @DeeSee25 what facts are you talking about. Most of the data in the movie "Inconvenient Truth" was falsified. Don't blame me blame your buddies at the IPCC. Of course the earth temperature changes. This is common knowledge. Please spare me your blind faith.

  • @lorenzo8500 I haven't even seen that movie, but I'm referring to the comment you made about snow equating that climate change is false. Scientific studies may be somewhat flawed, but overall they all show trends of a warming planet. You can't refute scientific evidence unless your claim has been supported by, you guessed it, the scientific method.

Even if you show evidence that supports your hypothesis, you never "prove" or "disprove" anything. It just means your hypothesis is supported.

  • @DeeSee25 What scientific method are you talking about? The data was falsified. It's all over the web if you don't believe me. Google search IPCC fraud on global warming numbers. Wow, your making an assumption. Your telling me the tempertaure might go up 4 degrees soon. You sound pretty sure about that buddy.

  • @lorenzo8500 global goes to extremes on both sides of weather.

  • The weather patterns have changed drastically and it has come in the form of cold weather when we shouldn't have any (spring)and warm-hot weather when it should be breezy and cool-cold(fall). I really wish I could see the vibrant colors I used to see in the leaves when they used to turn, but now they litterally just go from green to brown and fall off. And another thing, is that the cherry blossoms weren't encrusted with ice before like they have been lately.

  • did he say 90 or 19 years

  • 90 years

  • @mad993 90 years thats modern world history O.O

  • Does our great CIA finds hand of Al Qaeda responsible for creating BLIZZARD in the USA?.

  • @TruthPowerful1 It must be a weapon of mass destruction

  • It's not even cold , hella fun to play in though :D

  • well i guess the ocean won't be covering the city.

  • Al Gore has been trying to keep himself out of the media spotlight all of a sudden,... i wonder why

  • @kingx989 - Let's give Al another award....

  • @kingx989 you are confusing 'weather' with 'climate'. Climate instability means that we get more violent weather patterns, like Katrina and like two feet of snow in DC. This last decade was the hottest in recorded history, despite what Faux News says.

  • I'm not confusing nothing with nothing lol. I know the difference, and just a few decades ago it was global cooling we needed to be worried about. Oh and fawx new didn't relay that bit of info to me, my own research did.

  • yaaa good point lol. where is that Al Gore puss bucket at anyways??

  • Its called Karma, Washington has been snow jobbin us for years..

  • Basically. I been here since 05. We got none in 05/06 but a nice little ice storm. We got none in 06/07 but again a nice little ice storm. We got none in 07/08. We didn't get any in 08/09 until the March 2 7 incher.

Now here we are in 09/10 and some areas have received up to 77 inches this season.

  • @StylistecS True, except we got one blizzard back in Feb, 13 2006, remember that? New York City got 26.4 for a record since 1869. We missed that worst of the storm and received only 10 inches compared with NYC. We got non in 07/08. Didn't get any in 08/09 until it snowed in early March, but the winter in January was very cold (before Inauguration 2009) reaching only diigits and teens. There's another snow stormstorm coming this week.

  • OMG ITS GLOBEL COOLING NOW!!!!

  • why do the local media choose to have non stop around the clock coverage of the storm.they sho the same guy standing in a drift saying "yup its snowing".

  • Under Bush there were no blizzards in DC after 9-11. You know who had lots of blizzards? MARXIST RUSSIA.

  • It IS a lot of snow for the location...can't compare to the midwest or up north. Plus our tax money doesn't go to move the snow as well...so for us it sucks! And yes, school is closed on Monday and Tuesday! Of course the news blows this out of proportion...as with any big event.

  • Ohio has the equipement to deal with snow - Maryland, DC and Virginia don't have the equipment that the North has. It's not in their budgets either. Schools will most likely be closed for several days with no way to dig them out because major roads will be tended to first.

  • What the crap? I live in Ohio and have way more snow than this. Sure, it's more than usual, but it's nothing serious.

  • I'm surprised they haven't declared a war on snow!

  • @TwinUzis

Incorrect. I have lived in Ohio, and we didnt get snowstorms with 2-3 feet on average. What is way more by the way, 6 feet of snow? Columbus' record is 20 inches, and DC has 30" now.

  • Ohio is a big place, you know. Anyway, we have a little over 40 inches at the moment where I live.

  • Isn't global warming a bitch!

  • I heard the media calling this storm snowmageddon, or snowpocalypse. WTF is it with the media down there. Can you people get some sane people working for your news networks? Snowmageddon, what a joke. Look I know it's a serious snow storm and all that, but really can you spare the drama and just deliver the fucking news.

  • seriously. next they're going to tell us al qeada did this!

    :P

  • @MrStoneMasher

Yeah because only the media in the DC metro are like that........

  • Actually, I meant the USA in general. But I think you are right. The media in general over hypes things. Reflection of the lowest common denominator, status quo, etc. I just find that the way "news" is presented to the US public is in the form of entertainment, rather than reporting events. For me, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, this form of media is a joke. It make America look stupid, that infuriates me.

  • beautiful

  • I am the only one who wishes those joggers fall and shatter their spines?

  • That's funny. I love that being usually cruel and harsh is regarded as humor. I know it's low brow, and unimaginative, but so funny: ha ha ha, I can't stop laughing (can you feel the sarcasm here). Sarcasm is no longer the lowest form of humor thanks to this garbage.

  • i cant watch the video. i think it may have something to do with the 4 FEET OF SNOW I HAVE ON THE GROUND.

  • Hey Al GORE how's that GLOBAL WARMING Working our for ya???

  • lol i loveee it!!!

  • I love a good snow. As long as it's somewhere else.

  • Good thing there's global warming eh

  • Finally, a cold day in Hell

  • Great comment!
