This video was made on February 15, 2008. If you guys actually knew what you were talking about, Summoning came out January 15, 2008. This is mid rs, when all of the graphical changes were starting to happen, thus the minimap was changed to have the "orbs" displaying the amount of hp, prayer, run, and summoning points you had left.

i dont really think that the strength is relevant as long it is higher than 90. depending on your defence, you can do a lot of different quests, mini games, and have the oppurtunity while pking. also, i think that it mainly depends on your ATTACK LEVEL.
