i HATE that you have to create a sim thats already made for you and theyre always fucking FAT why cant you create one from scratch and choose how you make them look without it being randomized?????? gone are the bustin out days best sims game ever made in fact this is probably the worst sims create of all time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i demand my money back!!!!!!

@missyelectra77 No offence taken. I only made the video to demonstrate some of the Sims 3 gameplay. I then used the video on my blog :). Creating a fashion-conscious Sim was the least of my worries - but I'll keep that in mind if I ever make a Sims video again!

@historiasims3 Fraps trial version and then edited using Windows Movie Maker. There are better tools out there if you're willing to pay the money but the two I use are sufficient for basic videos :).

Can you create a university in The Sims 3? Do you need to get an expansion pack? The Sims 3 Late Night is coming out, and that's like The Sims 2 Night Life. It didn't come out yet, though. So, do I need to wait for an expansion pack that's like The Sims 2 University, or does The Sims 3 come with it?

i noticed though in the shops a lot of games that were called the sims 3 create a sim, do you have to buy that aswell to create a sim?

@9t5Gina2k7 Not as far as I'm aware. I think the Create a Sim is basically for people who want to start creating their Sims for export into the actual game, but I'm pretty sure the actual game has that functionality included (if it's the same as above). So I reckon just wait until you get Sims 3 and don't worry about "Create a Sim". You may want to get the other expansions later on though (like Sims 3 World Adventures).

I have The Sims 3, I got it for christmas but the only problem, you cant download hairstyles and the 1,000 sim points ive spent on rubbish things, i still heve 300 but u can't relly get much , :( and you have to pay £6.00 for 1,000! anyways , good vid ;)

You can download an extra neighbourhood if you register and then download it off the Sims website :)

When u download it off the sims 3 launcher .. does it just appear in the game... when u choose a neighborhood...??

when u have installed it, you can make a new family and choose it when u choose the city, also try to use the world tool^^ very fun indeed
