Can you project consciousness via a video? What should i be doing to get the most from the video?
I don't know much about this kind of stuff.. I can understand face to face affecting someone, it is hjard for me to understand how you can do this via a video. I mean you WERE in that state of mind, but you aren't any longer. I find it hard to understand how it can help me.. But I ma not saying you are wrong just saying I don't get it.

Hey, that was alot of information than I am used to taking in. I vibrated at a higher frequency. Similar experience to sacred geometry.
