@JWRONG1996 Hahaha I cannot exactly be objective over here (you can practically say I'm a Caspian groupie), but they sound goooood on vinyl, you won't regret it :)
@JWRONG1996 Yeah true story. I've purchased most of their records online too, except the vinyl version of Tertia, which I randomly came across in a record store at Berlin. Online's not working for you I presume?
If you like Caspian, Hammock, Helios, Rachel's, Unwed Sailor, Boards of Canada, Explosions in the Sky, and other similar artists, you might like my music. I'd love some support. :)
I bet most of these songs posted were ripped. See em' on tour and enjoy the music, because if there was no Youtube or torrent sites, these guys would mostly be unknown. Buy it if you want. Don't think your a bigger fan if you purchase the album.
Well, saw them yesterday playing in my neighborhood... I was electrified...
Had never heard about them before yesterday but I got completely overwhelmed by their atmospheric, beautiful and incredibly POWERFUL sound.... It did not take more than three songs to make a total Caspian fan out of me.
@fastboy177 I see man, same here hahaha I'm just pointing out it's one of these bands that's definitely worth supporting - plus they sound amazing on vinyl ;)
@oldstories89 gah i bet. i totally will support this band and if they ever come anywhere even remotely near me i am seeing them.
last night i just was looking up bands like explosions in the sky or this will destroy you, and i found caspian, sigur ros, and saxon shore... all 3 are awesome. post rock is so underappreciated
@oldstories89 yes we have to support these bands monetarily so then they can further their masterpieces im sure you can let loos a 10 bill hahah peace
i think it takes a higher level of intuition and intelligence to truly enjoy the beauty of this music by far the best i have ever heard from caspian holly melodies!!!!
Holy deuce. This new track knocked me senseless. Before this new album I thought Caspian were a very good band, but not at the top level of post-rock. But now - this new album has taken them into a whole new direction with NO boundaries. It's goddamn awesome, I couldn't even know where to begin to rhapsodise about it. By the way - thank you for uploading....
@FutureGhosti So stoked to find another Jakob fan on here! I grew up in Hawkes Bay and have been lucky enough to go to like 30 of their gigs so far. Can't wait for the ISIS shows!
Thank you, oldstories89. :^) They're incredible musicians, and the music floats and sails and chimes like the ghosts in the title, but not in a malevolent way. It's a song of memories, if they were ghosts.
I've seen them 3 times and the studio recordings can't hold a candle to the impact of this music in a live setting. Do whatever you can to see this band!

This song is unreal. Crank it to this album at least once a day. Better stress reliever then my left hand.
