jordan was never "the best 3 point shooter in the nba". He was actually really bad at threes when he came into the league. It took him about 5 years to become a consistent shooter from the 3. Three point shooting was probably his biggest weakness overall, and that just goes to show how good he was.

yeah true. when i look at MJ play i think it wasn't until 1995~1996 season that he started practising and mastering the 3pt shot cause he wasn't as athletic anymore.

Thats not entirely true...When Eric Snow was healthy (Which was over half the 00/01 season) Allen Iverson played SG and won the league MVP. Iverson might not be a true SG but hes not a true PG either.
