I have seen a cobra vs. a ferret in India. The ferret never gets bitten! The King cobra is about 10-16 feet long and very fast. I heard that the ferret can kill the cobra by wearing it out. It is lightning fast and can suck it's stomach in to prevent an attack. They have these matches all over India, plus the snake in the basket. They are the most beautiful and feared snakes of them all. The people seem to worship them as they use them in their ceremonies. It is worth a trip to India just to see

As a snake owner, i don't find this funny, i find it cruel. Yeah, a snake will kill and eat other animals to survive, it's called nature. But to subject a snake to that kind of stress, for entertainment, is just cruel and unethical.

Psychological stress can cause a snake more harm than hitting it with a stick, just people don't give a toss about the psychological welfare of a snake, 'cos it's only a snake to most people. It's wrong and i hope the snakes poison them. Teach them a lesson! =)
