@Chapelkid00 Sorry mate but you seem to forget Kevin Pressman's penalty against Wolves in the mid-nineties. That was in my opinion the best penalty I've ever seen. Also check out that Spanish players penalty on here as well.. Can't remember if it's under 21's or 19's. Although Weavers penalty was great and definately unstoppable.
