Moving a Door 3 -- How to install exterior french doors

I'm pretty sure I've never seen a set of french doors installed this way. Completely wrong. I noticed that was a bearing wall she was installing the doors in. Where is the header? All I saw was a 2 by 4. And you shouldn't have to take the entire door casing apart.

what state do you live in? It looks like its really warm over there because you have no wall insulation and roof insulation. Like your roofing tho. didn't know that fiberglass roofing is also available here in america. We use that a lot in the country where I grew up.

So why did you knock the wall down if you make such a big deal about picking it back up again? You should have just bumped it out of the hole and slid it. I guess it was fun to generate a giant dust cloud in your studio, right?

I would have used 4x6 as the vertical door hinge framing just to reinforce where the hinges mount....
