There's also in use a Korean Son ( Zen ) Circle's Teachngs, about Mental Stages & Consciousness Transformations on a path of Buddhadharma. The highest tenth stage in Ch'an is called: Returning to a Market, where practice of meditation is no meditation. One's immersing in a world of everyday life and contemplates all situations in complete freedom in time and space. Drinks, eats & sleeps well

Excuse me dear Lama, at min 1.46 you mentioned that Nygmapas practice Mahamudra in combination with Dzogchen practice. Where can I get more information about it? Thank you very much and always be happy.
