Advanced strikes and grabs - Aikido Nidan pregrading test

I always said females have the advantage in learning aikido, listen to the video. the guy is breathing hard and grunting because he is using his strength to make the techniques happen. He is forcing it, while the female is gently gliding through the technique and doesn't appear winded. I will admit that I also have not mastered the gliding through of the technique and once in a while I force something that I shouldn't.
