some people prefer alternate tunings. i love the richness of them. when i played "marcie" for the very first time on my acoustic in some far out joni tuning -- i cried because it was like an epiphany for me. i couldn't believe the guitar could sound soooooo beautiful like that. only open tunings for me from now on! btw, jonatha rocks!
