Well. What type of file is it in and how big is it? and how long is it?

The file should be like 100mb. and then the length of it shouldn't be no more than 10min.

Yeah cause those were made long ago when it didn't have a limit or what not.

If its over 12mins it's also cause the file is small and OR that they leave their computer on so it can load
