The plates do not match with the car. In fact "77" is the region number used in the late 90's for Moscow city. Because of the growing number of cars in Moscow, other numbers used from 2000 or 2001 are 99, 177, 199. It's just "fashion" actually to buy a new car and at the same time some old plates, which is absolutely legal. The letters AxxMO have also a specific signification without being rare. Anyway, I saw the car in Nice (France) and didn't find it outstanding.
