oh, i have been struggling with a pattern that just wont line up from one section of chart to the next...it never occured to me to look for corrections....i'm gonna do that now...thanks!
I am having a lot of problems with lace.. I don't know if it's because I am using different yarn (and didn't check gauge because mine is usually the same as the designer's) but it won't come out the same! I follow the chart but the holes are in the wrong places... what do you think could be the problem? Thank you!
Try practicing swatching with the lace chart a few rows so that you can visualize the pattern when you knit the project. This way you'll see how the holes are supposed to match up with each other.
I would love for you to create a video on the lace border concept. I've finally gotten the basics, but my favorite projects ask for a border added on with double-pointed knitting needles. I just cannot get it!
