Highlight the region you would like to use the effect on, then go to the "Effects" menu and select "Filters" then go over to "FFT Filters". Scroll down and choose "On Hold". Good luck!

im a pro sound engineer aka mix engineer. You cant sound like jigsaw, unless your voice actually resembles his. It sounds like a bandpass filter applied on the vocal, but this guys voice actually resembles jigsaw, the effect merely enhances his voice for that desired effect. but unless you sound like him, the filter + watever additional effect WONT make you sound like jigsaw. If this were not true, then there would be 1 million white males sounding just like eminem.

I just downloaded the Saw theme and then used a couple of effects in Adobe Audition to alter my voice. It's pretty simple to do, and yeah that would make a great prank for sure!
