Ah, this ending made me tear up as a kid...I loved the show and the characters. I wish we could have had a longer good-bye seen between the characters...oh well. One my favorite shows ever.

Grandizer and it"s crew are in a way similar to hisbullah; they fight When there is danger and because they know that the enemy wants to exploit their land. Americans hate them because they have a distorted idea about peace and terrorism.
yeah they think depriving women of natural rights is the way to go, keep them in the dark ages so men can keep them in their place...living in the middle of a dessert is also the way to go. Grandzer & the duke would be living in USA, prob Montana ect

Yeah that ending was also kinda of lame as Darius's attack on the Great Space Dragaon only yeilded minor damage with the red docking head breaking apart. A better episode was earler on in the series when Gaiking was attacked by a Rodan like bird on the moon and was severely damaged. It seem Go Nagia has repect for the japaneese monsters of the 1960s in Rodan & King Kong from USA as they caused more damage than other foes of either Gaking or Grendizer , save for Vega's Gaurd in the Gren Series.
True, but there still is no excuse for this lame ending as u figured Vega would have had something up his sleeve to at least challege Grendizer.....such as a super Robot emeging from the destroyed flag ship attacking Gren and having them both fall in a firey storm via the atmoshphere to them fight it out on earth ...and in the meantime destroying at least one of those annoying new spacers..........also did u notice Maria still has the flowers as they reach their planet light years away.????
yes I know , but u said it yourself that Go Nagai was cheap and lazy not paying attention to details ....not drawing in the damage or forgetting about it......this was one of my orginal theroies about grendizer and why there was no damage ,which u rebuffed orginally , but now it seem even u see the logic in my orginal premise that "Go Nagai was lazy"....intresting how things come full circle
so they killed eveyone from Vega....no one survived ....it seem the antarians are not much better than the vegans .....his ship was crippled at the end did really need to finsh eveyone off , they posed no threat anymore ...the last people from a dying planet it was not thier fault vega would not compromise

True....Wasim did u notice in the prior episodes to this when Grendizer was fighting Lady Gandah's ship early in the fight Gren attcks with his double sickle and the left sickle breaks apart against her robot's chest....yet later in the same attack after help from all 3 saucers Grendizer use the sickle again but this time it has magically reapired itself?????? So even when the Vegans actually do somthing Go Nagai takes it away .....also what are the other comments about here can u summerize??
The worst most retared battle seqence even seen....who direted this??the Vegan ship/weapon had no effect on grandizer, no drama or suspence it was the same old boring results no damage

what was the purpose of that tractor beam as it was dragging grandizer towards that large spike laser gun to collide? it happened anyway and broke??? where was the super vegan robot to at least challenge grandizer and destory those other annoying ships??? what a bad final episode
No damage to Grendizer, weak final episode, Vega should of had a super Robot to at least chalenge Grendizer at the end
