It is irrelevant that he's gay. It does matter that he's been a hypocritical, anti-gay politician. He chose to make sexual orientation an issue.
2 possibilities:
1) He's guilty of public lewdness (most likely).
2) He's straight and is now a victim of the anti-gay bias that he's contributed so much to.
Either way, no sympathy deserved. He's resigning Saturday, anyhow.

whenever tucker appears on tv hess had a personal experiences with the subject at hand...therefore thinks he is an expert.
this man is the most opportunistic (probably closeted gay) liar on TV (besides those on faus noise).
