You'll see skaters here and their, most of the time just traveling by skateboard, but there's not really any skate parks like that in Baltimore. These boys probably just were visiting from the county somewhere riding their bikes at the harbor and officer "bully teen kids" decided to go mess with them. He wouldn't have done that if he was by himself up Penn Ave or over the Terrace. Best believe he would have had back up.

We probably have a park or two in the city. I don't know about the county, there's probably more. Just google the address and search the distance on map quest. But yeah, Baltimore is full of cops like that, but they are usually concerned with bigger problems than boards and bikes. Search You Tube for Officer Walker on the Wire. It's an HBO series about Baltimore urban life. That's what about 80% of Baltimore Cops are like.

Ain't no thing, you just know your laws and you're okay. A little military service helps too, many cops are veterans or are more leniant to veterans. I do get pulled over about 3 times a year usually just to see if I'm carrying anything but after they find out I was in the military, they tone down and let me go.
