I use Ernie Ball 10-46 and the lowest string is maybe the slightest bit sloppy but other than that, they feel light and barely ever go out of tune when im in drop B or A#

@xXGameFanXx haha same man i can play almost anything I want but I'm shit at working songs out by ear, I can like look at a tab correct mistakes but I can never work an entire song out just by listening to it.

@xXGameFanXx Easy, Most bands have a certain style about them. Once u know that, it becomes almost predictable.

@Shredmastakaos Yeah man, between the time I posted that comment and now, I've listened to the album a few times, and it's sounding great. I actually want to cover a song off it myself, but when I tuned to drop A#, my guitar wouldn't stay in tune. Do you think it has to do with the strings? I use standard gauges.

@tylerherod Without a doubt. I use 10 - 60 and the high strings are sloppy as shit. I'd look for some heavy guage sets, maybe even make your own. 13-60??

I know GHS do 11-70 but u will have the same problem with the high strings.
