sound i've found by searching "snow" at findsounds . com

it was a full gray screen, with some effect called old film effects or something, should be standard in there.

@klodwas Well they have mroe important things to tend to, and another reason is that they don't have the full ability to. They have to track where the server is being hosted, and with a good masker it takes at least a few days to track and shut down.

Blizzard is too busy with other things, and most of the time decides not to get involved with shutting down smaller private servers, but sometimes they DO target bigger populated servers.
