@readmom the original fable was set about at least 500-2000 years before fable 2 and 3. Fable the lost chapters is set during medieval times while fable 2 and 3 is set in the swashbuckling days.

@TheNeoHack lol fable the original is okay... but get the lost chapters at the store or download for pc... fable 1 tlc beat fable 2 by alot (ive beat fable 2 like 5 times)

in fable 2 oakvale is overtaken by raith marsh *formly know as dark woods*

It was my fav place out of alllllll the locations. I hated how in fable 2 they call a new location called *Oakfield8 its like they are riping off Oakvale. and by the way... 'Who is she anyway?...some..some tart from the village? lol love it ^.^ .

@ShadowDragonism naw mate im gonna have to dissagree with you there, although fable 2 is a good game there is no way anything can live up to the standerd of fable tlc, firstly are you sure u have played the lost chapters because thats the better game. Also did u play fable tlc before number 2? because i think for me 60% or so percent of my liking of the game is due to nostalgia. XD

I was 11 when I first played this game.. I have so many precious memories of it :) the music makes me so nostalgic and kinda sad.. damnit I wish I was 11 again so I could play this game from the start again. It was so magical

Wow cool :D Awesome things about this game: Graphics, obviously, real time combat, non-oblivionishness (ie you dont actually click and aim with your sword, even though that is cool, it only works for oblivion), Tons of little details and features and now ive found out you dont just use xp to level, you buy skills! Sweet! (Yet more non-oblivionishness for the better :D)

try to use the windows classic setting instead of the windows aero theme.

that way you may lessen the processing hassles of the computer and be able to play it on atleast medium graphics mode.
