very simple. it was under old covenent. new covenenet took affect AFTER JESUS went back to Heaven. new covenent is THE RECEPTION OF HOLY GHOST TO INDWELL PERMANENTLY. failure to realize this is to deny JESUS teachings. if you dont have spirit IN you then your none of His (romans 8:9). different dispensations is the answer. so if you dont have baptism of holy ghost please seek Him.. (jn 14:17) must become OBEDEIENT TO THE TEACHINGS (acts 5:32) its the PERSISTENT PRAYER TO RECIEVE. (luke 11:13). if u havent recieved you havent fully submitted.
it is the AOG who im speaking against. its funny we both beleive that one WILL speak in tongues when BAPTIZED IN HOLY GHOST, but they say thats Not when one gets saved and they teach not all will speak in tongues. with that said then that would teach that not ALL will recieve THE PROMISE that God promised us which is the RECIEVING OF HOLY GHOST. my question is this if not everyone will speak in tongues then they r saying not everyone will get baptism of holy ghost. then why preach it .

The Assemblies of God believes this as a denomination.... they are probably falling in line with what the denomination teaches.
