As a student, I really appreciated the £69 price for two pairs from GD when the same would have cost in excess of £150 on the high street. Fantastic service and more than happy to resolve or advise you if you contact them. Felt the advice was honest and didn't seek to charge hundreds extra when unnecessary e.g thin lenses. Would highly recommend! Only downside is you do not get adjustment you would get in store.

i've used glasses direct for 2 years now and have had 4 pairs of glasses from them, they are the best and cheapest around.. and i think those slagging them off probably haven't even shopped with GD!

Actually i've used glasses direct repeatedly for over two years and they are brilliant. Much cheaper than Specsavers or any of the high street lot.

Ive always found them to be profesisonal and the service they have provided is second to none.

Highly recommended!!!!

don't think so. i recently met someone who worked at an opticians and she told me you guys were the laughing stock of the industry. losing money hand over fist and beyond useless.

I'm really sorry you feel that way. It's certainly not a view shared by knowledgeable people in the industry, nor by deloittes who recently placed us #19 in a list of the 50 fastest growing UK technology companies, or the thousands of customers per week who order with us.

i tried this lot and the glasses were beyond awful. they were made up to completely the wrong prescription. specsavers are garbage too. went to my local fella. was a bit dearer, but you get what you pay for.
