PK is the kind of player people either love or hate... Once I had seen him play for Team Canada in 2008 and 2009, especially 2009, I knew it was only a matter of time that he'd become a superstar in the NHL... I don't think he's there yet, but he is surely moving in the right direction... Keep on hate'in, I think it just motivates him even more...

That everyone thinks he's an asshole is perfect. You play on your opponents mind alot more by being the bad guy. Because of all the D injuries, Subban has been forced to play big minutes against the best from every team in ALL situations. And he's responded with flying colours. Yeah, he pulls some dirt now and then, but don't think he's not taking a lot either. It's obvious that some players don't like it when a rookie steps in and plays them tough...and does it with dynamism and bravado. As if he's the ONLY player who celebrates goals and plays with confidence and an edge. Every team wants a PK.

@d0giem Actually Subban does not suck on defense. At this point in his career he's actually better at the defensive side of the game than he is on offense. His +/- is not so great because he's been playing with Hal Gill as Montreal's shutdown defence pair always matched up against the other team's top line.
