I don't understand how people can like Joel so much and not appreciate John Henson. With John there was such a clear undercurrent of rage boiling under the surface at horrible TV--same with Joel. And John totally made the show into the party atmosphere that they've retained ever since and is only now working again with Joel after however many shitty hosts in the interim.
