@qualm43 This guy can pick and hold 1,000 frames and run with them up a ramp. He was able to lift onto a plat form a 517 lb natural stone. He is a monster. Trust me, he can bend a frying pan. Most good high level strong men can. Don't be so baseless with your skepticism.
