  • ya mostly but somtimes i widen it when im sore or tired or when its easy i close it to were my hands are side by side to challenge myself a bit

  • it is the bars 15 the big ones are 25's four of them theres two small ones of 2.5's in the very end wich due to the blurry video isnt so easy to see six 10's and six 5's each 5and10 inbeetween the 25's and out of the 25's so 25+25+25+25+10(6)+5(6)+15bar+2­.5(2)=210
