I love this group from the begining, but some 10 or 15 years ago did i start to pay attention to the alluminate signs on their covers. Back in the day i didn't and weren't thinking about stuff like that, but now i see how that group (alluminate) has been in motion for centuries to the point of where we are today..the point of no return. In the 60s, the album covers and things were called pyschodilic, but there is nothing devilish about EWF music.

My (former) wife and I saw EW&F at the Forum in L.A., back in '77, and I've never seen so many explosions & fires in my life! We were both 30 when we made that concert, maybe a little bit too old for the crowd ~ but it was a most enjoyable performance by a great bunch of showman.
I don't know where some of the commenters here live, but back in the day in St. Louis Mo, this song was played all the time , on radio, at parties, and school yard singing groups. This was the featured song on that album.

This song was sung to Congressman Ryan by Deanna the night before the Jim Jones massacre. She song it so beautifully never to know she would never sing again. November 18, 1978 in Jonestown. They all tragically died the next day 909 babies and adults. So sad but a beautiful song.

I grew up with this music in the 70's. and i still listen today. those were indeed wonderful times in America.
I get a lump in my throat and my eyes fill with tears of anger when i listen to this song and think what kind of world my 2 year old daughter is growing up in. God why have we allowed ourselves to get so far down the road of bull shit !

I saw them in 1976 or 77 at Michigan State University. Will never forget it. The best concert of my life. Philip Bailey's voice was incredible.My sister, friend Lori and I were probably in the three percent of white folks there and the black folks welcomed us with open arms. Seems that would be the kind of people that Earth, Wind and Fire would draw. Amen

i'm 16 years old and this is real music. don't get me wrong i like chris brown, cory gunz, j cole, beyonce, and more of today pop acts. but this music has so much soul. soul that today's artist can't seem to get because thier worried about making millions. but if you focus on the message of the song, which makes the song pure, you won't have to worry about making millions. you'll make millons and have a long lasting career.

My (former) wife and I saw EW&F at the Forum in L.A., back in '77, and I've never seen so many explosions & fires in my life! We were both 30 when we made that concert, maybe a little bit too old for the crowd ~ but it was a most enjoyable performance by a great bunch of showman.
