it is a glitch.

notice he doesn't have to sprint to the red circle. it just ends as soon as he shoots the targets.

19.97 was my best, but then i relized where you throw the 2nd flashbang, if u throw it in the dark room it wont blind you no matter what. Thats why my record is now 17.25 :)

the glitch is you have to do it all and throw the flash at the end but don't shoot the targets.

Then sprint to the fish , turn around and shoot the targets you left standing and quickly press the sprint button.

Do FNG again but the time will stop when you go through the door

don't shoot the targets on position 6 but go to the finish and shoot the targets from there.then do the course again and now the time should stop when your'e outside the "ship"

ok u go though the FNG the 1st time however at the last room throw the flashbag and walk backwards out the door untill you get to the red ring at the end then fire at the wall untill you hit the last targets then sprint were you are(in the red circle(dont ever turn around untill the time ends))

then the next time you have to do it as fast as possible and when u do the last from (flashbag shot the targets) run out the door the time ends on the door
