The keys words that makes me believe it was not is that the news says "conspiracy theorists every where ducking for cover", I highly doubt that was a meteor, unless they do get that bright? I have yet to see them that bright but then I dont watch them, never heard one either, so I guess if it was heard the sound prolly made evident what it was

@FlyingAero Yes it did. Broke up into small pieces, some farmer supposedly had pieces of it land in his field. As for the rest of the gloom and doom crowd: it was a meteor. Happens all the time. This wasn't even that big - supposedly about the size of a tennis ball. But when it comes in that fast and hits our atmosphere, that's what you see.
