these expediting u.s. passport services are pretty good. i don't know this one as they are sprouting up everywhere nowadays. i would do a status check on any company by calling the u.s. state department and simply asking where this company is registered. it is likely that this service is 1) registered with a passport agency with privileges to act as your liasion, or 2) they subcontract their work out to third parties which is very scary as your personal, and private info. would be jeopardized.
We were skeptical of such services when we heard about them but have had success getting passports replaced for students in 1 day with Swift. Super nice people and very professional. They are not third party- you can tell by looking at their letter of authorization- it says Swift Passport. If a letter of authorization has a name on it other than the name of the company you are using, then they are 3rd party- that means they are submitting through a registered company. Good 2 check.
