Theres loads of pictures which document this, but if u go to mjjpictures(dot)com and look at the 1986 grammy awards, you can see the white makeup all over his black suite (around the neck part) - where it has obviously dropped on to it.

You are completely wrong. He didn't use whitening cream. He has vitiligo. Look at some videos on youtube. And first of all, his body isn't depigmented. Only his face, hands and chest are. There are pics of his legs, and he still has brown blotches on them. Also, the reason why you think he's ocmpletely white is because he wears make up all over his face to even out the color. Whitening cream is NOT effective enough to change your color from black to white. That's idiocy talking right there.

@nsam its you who is completely wrong. there is a whole mass of pictures and books which document that he used creams/makeup on his face all the way through the 80s and early 90s, until in 1991 when he had a full body depigmentation - which is discussed in Randy Taraborrellis book Magic and the Madness. Also, his mother even said in the interview to oprah that "he got it changed", meaning he got his skin changed colour. Yes, he did this because of the vitiligo and skin problems he had it done!

I presume the latter, but in the early 90s the depigmentation process was done by himself (he'd put the creams on and bleach whatever part of the body he wantd)

There are numerous pics of him in the late 2000s with dark patches..
