The guy filming did the right thing by staying out of it. Both drivers were wrong and ended up gettin a couple of slaps for their troubles. If either of them pulled a weapon or was put lived at risk then THATS when it should be interrupted and resolved. As for filming it, well had someone been killed or seriously hurt then there's your evidence. The passenger handled it quite well.
