Karasuma-kun looks good in that picture!! Tenma-chan really deserves Karasuma-kun! They looks so great and cute together! If you see them walk down the street, you'd think they are a good couple! Why can't Karasuma-kun look like that in the rest of the episodes?

btw people here's a little summary xD
Tenma ate the cake (wonder why xD) so she though Karasuma was angry with her, so he arrived and Tenma said "I wanted to show you that you can have expressions on your face, too" or something like that xD and then he said "Thanks so much for everything", and "Let's go home together"
