I have your newer version of the mod, and there are some debuff timers in the bottom right sort of above the target frame. It looks like in this older version in the video, the debuff timers come from Forte, but Forte doesn't seem to be the source of the timer bars in the new version.

Any ideas on what mod is making these? I really want to resize them a bit bigger because I am more PvP oriented. Props on a great mod comp though and excellent power auras.

I would love this but I'm a nag for a clear screen, I do find the shammy cooldown boxes that are placed nearly under your toon and the totem cds. I may use this but alter some of the adds a bit! thanks for showin us! 5star

Is this UI based on hotkeys? I'm still noob enough to use my mouse for some abilities and hotkeys for others

but it seems like the ability panels are too small to functionally do that here?

Also, shamans have quite a lot of utility abilities, but there seems to be much less action bars here, so I'm guessing some of those won't be available on the fly.

I do use an addon in the compilation called "geist" which allows you to create an on the fly action bar at your mouse cursor. I generally keep my professions and various "other" skill / macros there.

As you play the game more, you should generally move towards keybinds as it increases your reaction speeds. I personally never clicked abilities.

At the time and my level of gearing attack power was a better tool for more "cleave" damage required for Yogg +0.

I'm currently gemming haste as I used to back in Uld pre Yogg+0.

really clean and nice Ui. well done, but functionality, hmh not really the best, if someone is raiding for progress he wouldnt take this UI, 4 some1 who is the casual guy who likes a stylish and clean UI then he shall take your preset! Well done but not the ultimate UI you promised, i mean the grid isn't really configed and all the events are spamming way to much!

My grid is actually very well configured it's not really demonstrated very well in this video and the colors are not what it is now.

The coined "Ultimate" is obviously not something achievable since not everyone has the same taste or idea of what the "Ultimate" UI could be.

This was mainly made to suffice as a good idea starter for beginning shaman who have difficulty getting a good UI going for totem management as well as some other goodies.

While raiding I dont have a lot turned on.

Hi suicidalkatt, I was curious. I notice you use Mik's Scrolling Battle Text, I can see that in this video, but I also notice that you're using the default scrolling combat text at the same time? Mik's is what's being displayed the right of your character yet at the same time we're also viewing the large numbers above your character. Is that Mik's or the default?

@ambient345 There is a Fonts folder in my package that you put into your wow folder that uses the same font names as the ingame ones which will replace the "hidden" ones of the wow directory. The font shown is the "FONT 2" folder font inside the package's fonts folder.

The UI Isn't that complicated, and it's not that well put together either. However, I was inspired by the powerauras, so I made my own that watch when missile barrage, clearcasting and other buffs are up, and some squares that represent my stacks of arcane blast. My 24" monitor arrives today so maybe I'll put a mage package together.

I then have all spells macro'd to be modified by SHIFT and CTRL accordingly. So I hit a button on the Z Board Fang.. and can further modify that button by pressing another on my mouse in conjunction with it.

I'm currently using a Z Board Fang (Hard as hell to get used to.. especially coming from a CS:S background, but makes a HUGE difference) I also use a Logitech G5, with a 3rd party app installed to modify the side buttons to SHIFT and CTRL..

Excellent UI. The concept is top notch, however.. just some pointers to further clean it up.

1.) Move the "mini-map" to the bottom right corner, or if a player doesn't want a dps meter replace that location with the "mini-map".

2.) You should consider re-organizing the buffs, and de-buffs.

3.) Visual symmetry could be improved with spell hot keys.

4.) Can you show your focus frames?

If I can think of anything else I'll let you know. :) Excellent job however!
